Can't speak highly enough about this company and their employees. Right from the start they were polite and more then willing to meet my needs. Our first appointment the machine wasn't operating correctly so the appointment had to be rescheduled. He was honest about it and apologized many times. We were just cleaning the hvac ducts but problems were discovered along the way. The techs explained everything and showed me what options I had. I was able to get a reasonable estimate as what work they would do to get everything working and efficient. They showed up on time at all appointments and communication was amazing. They spent a good chunk of their afternoon working on my furnace. Compared to what it looked like before working like new and looks newly installed and professional. All the guys work great as a team. David took the lead on our project and made sure I understood what was being done and answered any questions I had along the way. Extremely happy with their work. Just moved to Benicia and wanted to update my home's hearing and air conditioning unit since they were original to the 1978 build. Saw their ads and checked the reviews, so I thought I would have someone come out and give me an estimate. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. I ended up using them and feel I got a very reasonable price for very high quality work. They replaced everything, including pouring a new pad for the AC in ONE day. Wow! Customer service is alive and well in Solano county!! From the initial phone contact to the on point schedule time and arrival, and finally the finished result. All Weather was my best quote out of five. The salesman, Garrett, was super friendly, professional and clean/well dressed. Garrett, the good quote, and the Yelp reviews got me to pick All Weather. Then, Mark, Alex, and Hunter installed the heater very well. They were friendly and got the job done quickly using teamwork and communication. Of note, they cleaned up well after the job. I have not had to pick up any scraps from the job. They also saw that I needed my bathroom vent installed (it was lying in wait) and volunteered to do that for me. Much appreciated. Good experience with this company. The dispatcher has a great attitude, friendly and accommodating. She was able to get me a same day appt, which was extremely gratifying considering today's forecast was 105 degrees. Ricky came out, conducted a diagnostic test and found my capacitor to be kaput. He was knowledgeable about the equipment and explained other options in increasing its life expectancy, or at least cutting down on the wear and tear. The overall price was fair, with the diagnosis fee waived and a military discount to boot. Emailed, phoned and left a voice message, and Yelped messaged the company for a receipt of work completed for warranty of work purposes, and they took a while ton reply back. Wasn't happy with their lack of follow-up, as this brought my overall rating of the company down. The company reached out, explained the delay and cleared up the discrepancy. Lesson learned for me too though, request a hand-written receipt of work/warranty upon completion of repair or an emailed invoice if paying via credit card on a businesses iPad.
